This is the public access to the acitve real estate listings of the Northern Michigan MLS from brokers and argents in Northwestern Michigan participating in the IDX (internet data exchange program) including Charlevoix, Boyne City, East Jordan, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. This includes waterfront properties on Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, Walloon Lake and Torch Lake and many other communities and lakes in Northern Michigan.   Agents who are not members of either board may have their listings displayed on a fee per listing basis by contacting the ACK Board Office.

Searching Property Listings
You came to this web site to find Northern Michigan Real Estate Listings and we provide you with, what we believe is, the easiest search tool for that purpose. As you enter your search criteria, the number of properties found is displayed in parentheses. ( ) When you press the search button, your selected properties locations are displayed on a Google Map and each property is displayed on a scrollable sidebar on the right side of the map. The marker beside each photo indicates that a marker for that property was found by geo coding the address for the property. Clicking on the picture will display the properties location on the map. You can click the more information link to display more detailed information about the property. If the system does not sucessfully geocode the property, no marker will be displayed, but you may click on the sidebar photo to directly access more details about the listing.
